HomeMan is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our footprint across Bangalore’s Individual Houses, residential societies and villas. You will be the face of our brand, helping homeowners discover our Property Management, Property Rentals & Sales.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Field Prospecting: Identify and visit all residential houses, residential villas and apartment societies across Bangalore.
- Lead Generation: Connect with homeowners and society committee members to pitch HomeMan’s services.
- Client Acquisition: Convert enquiries into active clients for our Property Management (PMS) and Rentals & Sales.
- Market Awareness: Conduct flyering and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities and set up small kiosks in residential hubs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a strong rapport with our existing and new clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
- Reporting: Use our internal tools to track daily visits, leads generated, and sales closed.
What We Are Looking For
- Communication: Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is a major plus for Bangalore's diverse crowd).
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.
- Mindset: A "never-give-up" attitude with a hunger for earning high incentives.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps (Android/iOS) to log data and show demos to clients.
- Education: Any Graduate/Diploma holder.
